Artist's Description

I was very inspired by the bravery of the transgender community & had made friends with individuals who were in going through this stage of their life's. The "A Boy Named" series was made back 2008 to reflect San Francisco's evolution in a dark time of poverty. So I was happy to pick back up the idea to include, FTM and transgenefer individuals. I feel these characters add a much needed element of hope and light to a rather dark inception.

He also works with stories and myth. Capone began his career as an artist creating dreamlike, sensual, often homoerotic images of young men in search of love, identity, and their place in the world. His paintings and drawings are highly prized by art collectors in the LGBT community, they now hang on the walls of private and corporate collectors around the world. Born in upstate New York in the town of Niskayuna. He is the oldest of four children. His relationship to the famed mobster Al Capone remains a well kept mystery.
