Nudity frightens humans. It reminds us of what we really are, what we want, and sometimes it whispers to us what we are not or what we do not have. To a species overwhelmed with superstitious notions this is terrifying and then we get censorship in light of basic fear. Under those mumblings inside the fragile human mind is a desire to love and be loved and the best figure artists of earth know this. The naked figure in art is based on love no matter what a few ill advised human being turn it into. If not for painting the nude figure how could artist hold onto the idea that we are dangerous? well artists are dangerous ... just saying. xoxo
