Made in the south of France with a boyfriend who was always willing to indulge my ideas of re imagining parts of basic mythology. I saw this as an image about the truth of both sides of a person. Within each of us there are two people. At the time of this pieces creation I felt there were not many positive gay characters to look up to, I saw this as one asking the audience to see both sides of themselves and make a choice in what kind of person they would like to be.
