Although I used to title myself as a figure painter, I have also alway's loved do draw birds of any kind. My favorite bird to draw was always the Swan. It represents so much. We all know the story of the the ugly duckling, and what does that duck become? - an elegant gorgeous swan who effortlessly floats among the pond with such grace and beauty - I always say - "If your ever given a choice in this world in which sort of animal to be - always choose Swan!"
